We've been asked to sing at this Mayor's reception. Its looking like we're the 'headline act'. There's also some food in it for us. Arrival time though could be as early as 7:10/15pm

About the event
Hunstanton Mayor's reception. This is a Community event in Hunstanton lead by the Mayor. There's a bunch of entertainment and nibbles etc. Your Choir will do a set at about 9pm.Â
It's a fairly laid back / relaxed evening so it should be a really lovely evening.
We've been offered some food too. I'll have more details on this over the next couple of days. It might be that we can all sit together and eat. Then sing.Â
To recap. Doors open at 7. ( this is now looking like the time we need to be there) . Â The event starts at 7:30pm. Nibbles at 8:30pm. We sing at 9.Â
Parking - Parking on almost all of the streets will be free at this time of night. Just check the signs.
Uniform. - Wear your Your Choir blacks, please. Maybe a fancy jacket/blazer type thing on top?Â
